A downgrade doesn't delete inventory. If your household is over its current limit, additions wait until capacity is available. Exporting and removing records remain available.

Identification attempts that reach the service count even if the answer is unsuccessful. Your combined allowance across households follows your highest eligible plan. Manual item entry remains available within your item limit.

When a subscription is available, the household owner can review payment details in checkout and manage cancellation in Settings. A returned checkout page does not change a plan until payment is confirmed.
